how do i get there?

Directions to Your Ice Shack

  1. As you get close, turn onto Sawmill Bay Road.
  2. You’ll arrive at Shacks Landing — stop here to pay the $20 landing fee to access the ice road.
  3. After paying, drive onto the ice road and continue for about 30 minutes until you see the Sugar Shack sign.
  4. Our ice shack will have the number assigned to you clearly marked on it.

*We operate on Eastern Standard Time (EST), same as Thunder Bay
